mini golf...
...is a good propeller for being active. I visited w/ a friend from college who i haven't seen in a couple years, and we did mini golf and ice cream (and a hot dog...mmmm). So I decided when I got home that I wanted to continue being outside and take advantage of the slightly cooler weather (due to the thunder storm), so I went out for a run. I only did half what I typically do (1 mile vs 2), but that was the most I felt I could do. I'm proud that I went out and did it...at least it's 1 mile not none. I just want to keep keeping active no matter how small...it'll build up from there. so yay!
