Week 13 Results: +2.8

GAHHHHH. This was a baaaad week. For several reasons:

1) I did not do any exercise (with the exception of jogging 50 minutes last Saturday) since last Friday.
2) Above said stoppage in exercise, I'm surmising, is in part due to the flu shot I got last Friday.
3) I got my friendly monthly friend.
4) Above said friend made me go out and eat 2 twix bars, 2 peanut butter cups, and chips n salsa this past week.
5) I didn't track my points.
6) Oh, did I mention I didn't get any exercise??

OY. So I'm feeling pretty bummed out about this week - especially since I had written "238.4 - keep it up!" on my fridge to keep me motivated. I think I got cocky and I got unlucky. I haven't really been keeping track of points this week, I haven't gone jogging yet this week either, and I haven't been eating as healthily as I normally do. I ate out three times too. I'm afraid I'm jinxing myself to make this week just as bad as last week. OY. I gotta get back on the band wagon, I know I have to get back on the band wagon, I'm just not finding my way....
